Where we deliver
During the pre-order we deliver and install in Jaipur, for PIN codes starting with 302 or 303. If your PIN code is outside this area, join the waitlist and we will message you when we reach you.
Timeline
- Your kit is delivered and installed by 25 November 2026. Your order page shows the date.
- When the kit is ready, we SMS you a link to pay the ₹5,000 balance.
- After the balance is paid, we call you to fix an installation slot.
Charges
Delivery and installation are free. The ₹7,000 price includes GST.
Installation day
A SMARTAURA installer brings the kit, fits the controller near your pump and the solar sensor on your tank, connects it to your Wi-Fi, sets up the app with you and runs a test fill. We aim to finish within 45 minutes.
What we need from you
- Someone over 18 at home during the slot
- A power socket near the pump, and your Wi-Fi name and password
- Safe access to the overhead tank and the pump
Delays
If anything delays your installation, we tell you by SMS or WhatsApp. If we pass 25 November 2026, you can cancel for a full refund (see the Cancellation and Refund Policy).
Ownership and risk
The kit becomes yours, and the risk passes to you, once it is installed.
