In short: cancel any time before dispatch and you get back everything you paid, in 5–7 working days.
Pre-order bookings
Every WLC order on smartaura.in is a pre-order of one kit. A booking payment of ₹2,000 confirms your order and locks the Diwali Dhamaka price of ₹7,000, including GST. The balance of ₹5,000 is paid online when we tell you the kit is ready, before we dispatch it.
Cancelling before dispatch
- Cancel from your order page, or message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- We refund every amount you paid (the ₹2,000 booking, and the ₹5,000 balance if you paid it) to the same card, UPI or bank account.
- Refunds start the same working day and reach your account within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- We do not deduct any fee from your refund.
If we can't deliver by 25 November 2026
We install by 25 November 2026. If we can't, we tell you by SMS or WhatsApp, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot serve your address, we cancel and refund in full.
Unpaid balance
If the ₹5,000 balance is not paid within 7 days of our "ready" message, we remind you. If it still isn't paid after a further 7 days, we may cancel the order and refund your ₹2,000 booking in full.
Failed or pending payments
If money left your account but your order did not confirm, your bank or Cashfree reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. Share your order number and the UPI or bank reference with us and we will follow it up.
After installation
You can return the kit within 7 days of installation, in its original condition, for a full refund processed within 7–14 business days. After 7 days, faults are handled under the 2-year warranty. If your installation takes longer than 45 minutes, we refund ₹500, as described on the product page.
Payments
Payments and refunds are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
